I am a clinical psychologist in private practice and have been treating clients for over twenty five years. The decision to explore counseling can be a tough one and I appreciate the courage it takes to reach out for help. I offer counseling that is respectful, solution focused, interactive and sometimes even fun.

In addition to my general practice, I work with clients around issues of food and body. These topics are deeply personal and often quite painful to explore. I have seen how talking about these issues can facilitate weight loss and help my clients inhabit their bodies in a compassionate and loving way.
