Who pays for it: Personal Funds, Some Long-Term Care Policies, Some Assistance offered through Veterans Affairs office.

  • Help with Recovery from illness, injury, surgery, and long-term conditions.

HOSPICE SERVICES

Hospice Services Offer:

  • A team of Healthcare Professionals includ­ing: Nurses, CNAs, Social Workers, Clergy, Trained Volunteers, Therapy Services
  • Pain Management
  • Assistance with emotional, psychosocial and spiritual aspects of the dying process.
  • Provide: Medication, Medical Supplies, and Special Equipment
  • Family Education on how to care for their loved one
  • Bereavement care and counseling for family and friends after someone has passed.
